Limits and where not to use it
- Only call people who asked to be contacted or who are existing customers, and respect Do Not Disturb and do-not-call rules.
- Do not collect passwords, OTPs, card numbers or ID numbers on a call.
- Hiring decisions stay with people. Do not use the call as the only basis for rejecting a candidate, and avoid asking for protected or sensitive information.
Fishy activity is detected automatically. Accounts are paused, investigated and, if they abuse the service, banned. Read the Acceptable Use Policy. ElevAIte is a technology provider and is not responsible for how customers use it.
