Limits and where not to use it

  • Follow IRDAI, TRAI and Do Not Disturb rules in India, and the equivalent rules where you operate.
  • The agent never quotes premiums or promises benefits.
  • Only call people who asked to be contacted or who are existing customers, and respect Do Not Disturb and do-not-call rules.
  • Do not collect passwords, OTPs, card numbers or ID numbers on a call.
