Limits and where not to use it
- Only call people who asked to be contacted or who are existing customers, and respect Do Not Disturb and do-not-call rules.
- Do not collect passwords, OTPs, card numbers or ID numbers on a call.
- Marketing calls to people who only visited your site need consent. Order and delivery calls to buyers are service calls.
Fishy activity is detected automatically. Accounts are paused, investigated and, if they abuse the service, banned. Read the Acceptable Use Policy. ElevAIte is a technology provider and is not responsible for how customers use it.
